SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We currently ship within the UK ONLY and provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders. Please note that we require 3 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are committed to dispatching your order to you as swiftly as possible.
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 5 to 7 business days for items that are in stock. For pre-ordered / made-to-order items, please allow around 30 days for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse before dispatch. Please consider that any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.
1) Delivery Exceptions:
Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses because our carrier can't ensure safe delivery to those addresses and there's nothing worse than a lost package. Our carrier cannot ensure safe delivery to these addresses. Besides, please ensure your address includes full details, such as the street number or building number, if applicable.
2) Understanding Your Delivery Time:
For in-stock products, your receiving time will include 3-5 business days of order processing time plus the shipping time listed above. For pre-order / made-to-order products, your receiving time will be calculated from the estimated shipping date plus the shipping time listed above. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order / made-to-order products, the shipping date might vary based on the estimated shipping date of pre-order / made-to-order products.

4) Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to become active. For pre-ordered / made-to-order items, please allow up to 30 days for us to cut, sew and ship the products to our warehouse in Essex before we arrange for a local courier to deliver the products to you. The tracking status will be updated once your parcel has been dispatched with the local courier.
5) Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@blackzebra.co.uk if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
6) Returns:
By placing an order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information on how to make a return.
7) Lost or Stolen Packages:
Black Zebra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
