RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Not the right fit?
We get it. We want you to be happy with your experience. Returns can be made within 7 days from the date you have received all your items. Please be advised that minor imperfections, such as loose ends and tiny, slight stains, will not be considered as quality issues.
The return address is in Essex, England where our warehouse is. Unfortunately, we currently do NOT cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible to arrange the return themselves.
Meanwhile, please be advised that shipping fees, including expedited shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Returns that are damaged, worn, or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused.
*Important Notice: The return address is not the same as the one on the label. Please do not return items without obtaining the address provided by us.
*A Note on Integrity: At Black Zebra, we share the same values of trust and respect with our beloved customers. While we have a ZERO-tolerance policy for fraudulent orders, any intentional or malicious misconduct would be reported to local police.

It may be possible to cancel an order within 4 hours of it being placed. Please email us at info@blackzebra.co.uk to request a cancellation.
Once the order begins processing in our system, we may not be able to amend it. Please take extra care when placing an order, as we do not accept any changes on orders that have already been processed. By placing an order, you expressly agree to follow and abide by these terms.
3) How returns are processed?
Return processing typically takes up to 2-3 weeks from the date shipped to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to 2-3 weeks from the date received to be processed. We will make sure to send you an email once your returned item(s) have been received.
4) Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, colour, or style, we kindly ask you to return your original item(s) following the steps outlined in our Returns Policy. Once your return is processed and approved, a refund will be issued. You are welcome to place a new order for your preferred item(s) at your convenience. This streamlined approach ensures you get precisely what you are looking for, swiftly and without hassle. 5) Final Sale:
Please note, products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
6) Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days from then the refund is processed.
